Help needed for "Death by warp"

I just can't seem to find a way out of this level, after hundreds of combinations. Yeah, I know you can cheat, but then it wouldn't feel right;) Any help would be appreciated.

One thing that might help to know is that the teleports are colour coded and grouped into pairs. So a green teleport will connect to another green teleport somewhere on the level.
