We have a few explosive PL players that could and should come off the bench and play any position in the backs and also cover hooker, someone like Billy Ngawini or Ben Roberts. But for some reason, Folkes keeps choosing Hughes and Perry.. I suposse defence means eerything, which is something I kind of agree with, because Hughes and Perry certainly aren't attacking machines....

The problem with that, is that ur hooker/half should really be a utility, someone like Craig Wing in his prime would be perfect... although his prime is long gone.

I still think Craig Wing would carve up at five-eighth with a good, organising halfback next to him. Lewis and Wing would work well IMO.

In the end, it comes down to defence, mainly. Perry is a great defender and isn't too bad in attack either. I would start Perry with Roberts or Ngawini coming off the bench.

Ideally i'd have a utility forward who can play at hooker, a ball-playing, tackle busting backrower who can maybe play a bit up front, a tough defending forward who can play backrow or prop, & a high impact prop.
