Do you prefer to listen to music with swear words, or songs where they are beeped out.

Easy, keep them in. Most of the time they are there for a reason.

I think removing words from songs on radios and such only ruins the music. Nothing is worse than having gaps in pieces of work.

Dirty dirty. Funny when you hear a rap song and every 3rd word is beeped or totally muted.

A good lyricist should not have to use swear words to get his/her point across to the listener but if the song does have swearing in it (some of my songs do but very few) then I prefer it if it is not beeped, beeping is just really annoying and everyone knows what word is getting beeped anyway.

thats right. EVERYONE. theyre not fooling anyone. in fiddy cent - window shopper does he say "in the dealership tryin-a get a test drive?" its the only thing that makes sense but a censored version of the song sees him saying dealer*blank*

Censored songs suck, songs dont really need to be packed with swearwords but the ones that are in there shouldnt be in there. Beeping them out is a waste of time. People know that when they hear a beep in a song there is a swearword, theres no point in beeping out a part of a song if people know that there is a swearword there, it doesnt make much difference if they hear the swearword or not, it is still there and beepin it out doesnt make it go away it just prevents us from hearing it and wrecks the song at the same time.

Well if kids find out that there idols are using "rude" words well then they would bring on a habit of saying it in public. Like the time i called someone a lord like thousands of times then i got in trouble of saying it at skool BUT i didnt know the meaning of it. BTW i was like 8 at the time

They did that in Need For Speed: Underground 1 for Lil John's song Get Low. They removed some swear words from the song which wreck the song.
