After you finish downloading, go to www.ultimate-guitar.com and search for the song you want. On the little side thing make sure is says "guitar pro" and then download it.

I suck at guitar and am probably not the best one to explain it. They are pretty basic though, and i'm sure Alec and/or Ritalindude will be able to explain it better than i could.

Play a note in the normal way (i.e. pluck it), and then 'hammer' a finger onto the same string further up the fretboard to sound a 2nd note.

For example, play the D-string on the 12th fret plucking with a pick (to sound a D note), then hit the D-string on the 14th fret to sound an E note.

You can either keep the 2nd note fretted to ring out, or release again straight away to revert back to the original note (sometimes known as slurring).

To expand on Ritalindude: F#m5, A#m5, as he said, then, G#m5, C#m5. Play both in the strumming pattern Ritalindude said. To make it sound like the recording, you'll need to tune down a semitone (i.e. tune to flats).

Another thing that helps me with a song when I get stuck is youtube. I go on there and watch a video of what I am trying to play and that usually helps me.
