Pearl Jam easily the best band in the world.
I'll agree with you on that one due to the fact Funeral For A Friend haven't been around long and have only released 2 albums so far. If they can keep up their run of releasing great albums they will become possibly the best in the future.
I'm glad there are a few people here who agree with me that PJ are better than Nirvana. No disrespect to Nirvana though I do like them, but PJ had more variance to their music.

Nirvana just kept releasing the same stuff over and over. Nevermind is no different to In Utero, and as for Bleach it's poor. 3 albums of which 2 were good but there was no variance in any of it. To add Nirvana was just a rip off of the Pixies, a bad one at that.
Mind you I would expect this from someone who likes Limp Bizkit, Korn, etc.

Cheap cash in records like the crazy frog are the reason why it’s so hard for genuinely talented bands to get (or keep) record deals.

Why would a record labels sign and develop bands like INXS, U2 or Crowded House now, when they can have numerous No.1’s with c**p like the CF that gets advertising all over the TV. Next it will be crazy Frog does the rumba, then the crazy frog rap, then the crazy frog does teen spirit…and so on and so on…

That and pop idol are killing real music and albums! :mad:

I would class Korn, M urderdolls and ESPICALLY SLIPKNOT in the same class as the crazy frog song

He hasn't sent out a good message or proved his skills. All his latest songs hes released so far has only been about girls (Disco Inferno, Candy Shop & Just a little bit). The only good thing about his music is the beats. He anoys me so bad is that he could make the worst song ever and people like you would love it.

Ludacris - I have no comment on him. Just plain catchy and catchy sells.

G-Unit - They are nothing without 50 Cent but 50 Cent is also nothing. So to sum it all up, they are nothing.

We all know that Eminem writes most of the lyrics for D12. And Bizarre? talented? Hes only popular because hes fat. When they do a serious song, you can't help but laugh at Bizarre with his lack of skills. They are not better than Eminem. He is one of the best lyricists out there and what makes you think that the rest of D12 are better than him? The only bad thing about Eminem is that he gets played WAY too much.

they have a great debut album, a good 2nd up effort, then they ditch the current manager for more $$ and get some mainstream punk to get them radio time - hence they get commercial, mainstream and lose there original fanbase

Not so much Fear Factory, but Korn and Slipknot are on MTV all the freakin time. Oh and dont put Metal and Nu-metal in the same category. One's great and the other is pants.

Mainstream in general isn't bad, (It's quite good) , But those bands and the greedy record labels and producers are house.
