you should have a feeder club or Under 20's team so u can take players in and out of when they get injured

That would be cool, but won't be happening this time.
The only changes I envisage to Franchise mode will be some changes to which competitions are played outside the regular NRL, SOO, City/Country games. eg, World Cup, 4 Nations and possibly other international games.

The World Cup is integrated into Franchise.

That is compared to Competition Mode manager functionality.
