Ouch, i really wasn't expecting this from an PC version. Even smaller indie games have full online support. Now i don't even know if my friends are going to buy this, everyone was waiting to play together. :(

Bionic Commando: Rearmed is an obvious example to the contrary. And that one was backed by Capcom, online functionality missing simply due to the smaller team and budget. Which, these days, seems to be a requirement for such games using "classic" (or "retro", or just "old", whichever you prefer) gameplay styles.
Anyhow, was just wondering myself when the game would have it's exact PC release date announced. This answers it.

Will this be available elsewhere digitally (direct2drive for example). I'm not a big fan of steam.

Of course there are exceptions for what i said. I was just saying how full online support could have added more value to the game. I'm still buying Shatter, but some of my friends were more dissapointed and already looking into another game with online coop.
A small tip: Steam normally don't include "Multiplayer" in the store page on the right for games with just local coop. example #1 (http://store.steampowered.com/app/35700/) example #2 (http://store.steampowered.com/app/21680/) This avoids some confusion.

Thanks. Yes, we recognise that is confusing, and are altering our announcement language.

We may bring to other channels in the future.

Hey everyone,
To avoid any confusion, I've asked Steam to change the listing to single player & co op. This should refresh soon :)

Not on the cards for now, but possible, especially if the PC version sells well enough.

Oh, there's hope! I will do my best to help promoting the game, even harder now.
ps: The game had a good start on steam? I see it's currently at the first position on the Under $10 list (http://store.steampowered.com/browse/under10). Can you talk about this? I'm really curious with these things.

We don't actually know sales as yet as we are still sorting out the access to the sales data, but will be able to talk more once we find out out where we are at.
Thanks for the link. At least that lets us know we aren't doing too bad day one :)
Amazing game! :) Bought 4 copies (3 for friends) on steam.
Looking forward to more games from you guys.

No, unfortunately netbooks are not powerful enough.
We may release a version that will work on netbooks in the future.

Get a Nvidia ION based netbook if you don't have one yet. :)

This post is just to say thanks for adding steam cloud support, just saw the cloud icon for the game, this was really welcome! :-)

Cloud is not in there yet, but it will be early this coming week. The icon appears when you start developing Cloud support rather than when it's ready unfortunately.

I realize that this is an old thread. I just wanted to say thank you for including local coop! I'd much rather have the ability to play with friends and family in the same room (on my HTPC w/ 57" screen), then with someone on-line. keep up the good work!
