Social D and Dropkick Murphys and the clash are the best bands on the list by far... oh and the ramones had some great songs.

Anti-Flag, AFI, and Rancid all blew it with their latest albums... so they don't win for me, and i don't like bad religion. i almost fell asleep at one of their gigs.

blink 182 and millencollin just plain suck.

best Australian Punk band i've heard is probably Frenzal Rhomb... i don't like them that much though, i can't remember any other Australian bands.

NoFX are my favourite punk band.

I like most punk, not really into that hardout oldschool stuff, but i definitley respect those bands as they are layed the foundation for the punkrock genre.

Im not a great fan of all this new age pop-punk stuff. Simple Plan, new blink182(dont mind their old stuff), good charlotte, the used etc..

Emo kids should go back to goth an leave punk alone :( or maybe goto R&B ;) and punk shouldn't be in the top 40 with the likes of "my lovely lumps" to many bands are selling out for fame an losing the true punk sound :(
