Default EA Sports to buy Rugby League rights?

I have asked EA Sports if they would be interested in asking sidhe for the Rights for rugby league games, i think the fans should have a say
there is a poll click yes if you want EA to buy Rugby League or no if you want Sidhe to keep it

problems with this poll;
1: hes own the rights, not sidhe which is why hes were able to get big ant to make the new game. If sidhe owned the rights a doubt they would let another developer make the game.
2: ea games aren't always that good, fifa 10 is pretty ordinary IMO.

and i personally would much rather see local developers working on our local sports. the support that's been available on these forums for a 5 year old game is second to none.

and;
ea's efforts on cricket were terrible and their online servers are usually terrible too.
3: if you'd searched the forums there are plenty of threads on this topic
4: a new game has just been announced and you're already dismissing it...

So, what was EA Sports response to the big question? Or haven't you got one yet?

I'd be guessing a big FAT NO, so it doesn't matter what the fans think. Not that it would if EA were interested.

Hypothetically, EA Sports > HES / Big Ant.

Sidhe may not have the money behind them, but they sure as hell have the passion. And there is no guarantee that EA would put the right amount of $ into a League game. Do they have stuff to bring to the franchise.. Yes, but would they? So Sidhe > EA Sports (Even hypothetically, I can't imagine EA getting behind the game.)

Hell yes! These Rugby League games are alright but thaey could be much better, EA sports would make a whole new world of League gaming. And maybe put it on more than one platform....

EA havent even spent enough money on cricket games to have proper licenced teams or players so names aint even correct, there last Rugby League game was the same so a big NO from me

Codemasters Published it, RAGE developed it.

Incredibly, the people behind Jonah Lomu Rugby also developed World Championship Rugby and Rugby Challenge 2006 on PS2, PC and Xbox!

Jonah Lomu Rugby has STILL not been bettered for playability in ANY rugby game since it came out.

JLR is by far the best union game ever made.

If Sidhe owned the rights we may have got more league games.

I really do think Sidhe forums are better run as well.
