Does Sidhe Care for its Fans?

I am setting up this poll seeing what your guys think of Sidhe and there Customer Relations?
personally i do not think they are offering enough media or information on the game to the Australian Public. this has resulted to turning these forums into a place for NRL footy fans to fight and disagree on everything that happens in the NRL and has nothing to do with the RL2 game itself.
none of the fans in here want blood from sidhe but a few extra screenshots and a video trailer is peanuts with only a a few months left till release. also a little more effort when someone asks a question in the forums the fastest answer i see is (we will know more closer to the release date.)
this doesnt keep us as fans up to date. the way i look at it is there are over 1000 members on these forums thats around $100,000 in game sales. as a business thats important to me and i would do my best to keep them interested even though these 1000+ members is a small part of there sales they are important. i am not having a shot at sidhe im just stating what we all as fans want. and it is not a huge ask as the game has already been shown in public before.
Edit: i just thought i would add before i log out. if there was more media and info there would be less fighting in the forums like it use to be. give the fans something to talk about instead of them having to fight with each other till something new comes up.

I am so peeved off that my camera didn't work properly at Armageddon because I was planning to take photos of different areas of gameplay and I would have had heaps too.

Anyway while it would be nice to have some actual gameplay pics it doesn't bother me too much how they put out their info as long as we get a steady stream of new info and media which I think will start to flow from now till release.

Well they're a lot better than a lot of other game making companies.

You league guys should appreciate the interaction you get with Sidhe. As a mainly union fan, I buy the EA series of rugby games (along with other games), and we get zero interaction with EA/HB.

Firstly they are great, much better then any other company, seriously how often would you talk with EA's employees ?

And also, I dont think Sidhe are doing the marketing stuff (Ie. Screens, Vids etc).

That is all HES's job is it not ?

Idiot EA are a huge international business, i dont think their hundreds of employees have the time to talk about one particular game when they are already working on so many new titles.

Find me another company that takes the time to chat to people on a forum and answer the questions they are legally allowed to, in a calm,friendly manner. I love the guys from Sidhe( in a non-erotic way, you dirty minded children) for giving the time of day to come here, maintain the site and to give us the maximum ammount of infomation possible.

So get of Sidhe's back and be happy they are making a great game, and give you the acknodgement of coming here and answering questions the best they can.

My hat is tipped to all those making, producing, marketing and maintaining this site from Sidhe.

What else do you want them to do? Not have a forum/site updated? Dont give the fans any new information? Come off it.

Redstorm entertainment, Steam, Atari/codemasters, sierra.
i have spoken to all of the above and have been an active member on there forums and alot of there releases. they give media, they give screen shots and yes they speak to you in the forums and on PM.
like i said i am not having a shot at sidhe its there business go about it the way they want but at the end of the day the guys in NZ have seen the game LIVE and us aussies have seen nothing but a couple screenshots that are months old. so whoever said give me a break as reggie would say GET STUFFED

Im un happy because we get nothing except some screenshots.. the NZ giuys gte a demo released at armegeddon and who knows what else in sheep land.. But I still come here for the Discussion..

Exactly my point fool! They ARE a much bigger company, and they still can not manage to 'chat' with their fans...

Only Relic and Sidhe have had the type of interaction (in my experience) with fans. Considering that the 2 companies have people who are working on the game itself, not just random marketing people or lawyers like most companies.
